   We thank you for choosing NovaNestFS LLC products. If you are not satisfied with your product after receiving it, you may request a refund or return. The refund and return policy applies in the following circumstances:
   The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
   Requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
2. Refund and Return Process
   To request a refund or return, please follow the steps below:
   Contact Customer Service: Contact our Customer Service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return.
   Obtain a Return Authorization: We will review your request and, for eligible items, issue a Return Authorization number and return address.
   Sending a Return: Please ship the item along with the Return Authorization number to the address specified. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund request. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and are typically processed within 7-10 business days.
3. Return and Refund Restrictions
   Some products may not be eligible for our return and refund policies, such as:
   Opened or used cleaning and care products
   Any items not eligible for return
   Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item.
4. Exchange Policy
   Currently, we do not offer online exchanges. If you require an exchange, please follow the above return process to complete your refund and then place a new order for the desired item.
